Completed Executive Program in Economics and Business Practices at Harvard Business School, where her core subjects were financial analysis and business intelligence. Dr. Kapasi completed a Fellowship in Clinical Infertility at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine, where she deepened her specialization in reproductive health and international best practices. Her academic foundation was laid as an MBBS from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal University, where she not only excelled academically but also showed early leadership.

A dedicated clinical dietitian with over 14 years of experience at King Fahad National Guard Hospital, managed over 34,000 patients, with extensive experience in hospital malnutrition, celiac, bariatric surgery, obesity management, healthy lifestyle promotion, and breastfeeding support. Holds a Master's degree in Clinical from King Saud University, and played a crucial role in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and the development of nutrition guidelines for various medical conditions.
